Good Pay, Good Commissions, Great Equipment - well maintained, Good management, Solid reputation, Competitive, and Aggressive! Outside sales people have the freedom to make decisions regarding rates and terms.

Minpunten

It's the large blue aircraft carrier of the rental fleet. Great support, not easy to turn on a dime, and slow to make aggressive moves in the markets.

Ok pay, insurance and retirement. PTO is very good.

Minpunten

Yearly raises are the bare minimum. Diesel techs required to take care of parts, scheduling, deliveries, etc with little to no support from management or anyone else. Complete lack of communication from anyone from branch manager up. Not much place for a mechanic to move forward in their career.
