      Company has gone woke, more concerned about diversity and inclusion metrics than the actual employees. Branch managers are now task managers and you have zero ability to make an actual decision.

      Ok pay, insurance and retirement. PTO is very good.

      Yearly raises are the bare minimum. Diesel techs required to take care of parts, scheduling, deliveries, etc with little to no support from management or anyone else. Complete lack of communication from anyone from branch manager up. Not much place for a mechanic to move forward in their career.
