They provide outstanding employee benefits and support. I highly recommend working here and I say this as I celebrate 20 years as an employee today.

You have to be able to really stand out above others to advance as the talent pool is very thick and sometimes hard workers who are silent can be overlooked. This is not a bad thing; but, it is not a company that is for the quiet ones.

Ok pay, insurance and retirement. PTO is very good.

Yearly raises are the bare minimum. Diesel techs required to take care of parts, scheduling, deliveries, etc with little to no support from management or anyone else. Complete lack of communication from anyone from branch manager up. Not much place for a mechanic to move forward in their career.
