Working in the smaller groups makes it harder to move up unless you want to move and direct upper management micromanages the wrong metrics.

Ok pay, insurance and retirement. PTO is very good.

Minpunten

Yearly raises are the bare minimum. Diesel techs required to take care of parts, scheduling, deliveries, etc with little to no support from management or anyone else. Complete lack of communication from anyone from branch manager up. Not much place for a mechanic to move forward in their career.
