Great company and some of the best colleagues I've ever had.

Unfortunately it always feels "us vs them" with director's and above. Decisions that affect the whole business take us by surprise and we're left to pick up the pieces.

Leadership is out of touch, constantly shifting priorities, reorgs and RIFs are the new norm, unless you're on the AI team don't expect impressive compensation, tons of waste
