His leadership style is an unusual blend of passive aggressive distrust mixed in with healthy doses of disrespect and contempt for those who work under him. Employee engagement scores hover around critical to destructive levels and there is a lack of trust that makes for a very toxic and ineffective workplace. This is seriously one company that should be avoided at all costs.
