The technicians are given lots of training on sales and for their specific field, and are welcomed to ask any questions to the managers/owners. Excellent benefits, pay, office staff, and technicians. The hiring process can take a bit, but if you are the right person, and honest, then there are no issues. It is a small, inching on medium, size company - there can be communication issues and growing pains. Even after being in business for 20 years, things change/update, and you need to be on board and open to suggestions.
