Pluspunten
In previous years I would’ve said the people, but unfortunately none come to mind now.
Minpunten
What once was a ‘good’ (I use that term loosely) company, has since become an embarrassment. I didn’t intend on writing a review but after seeing that a member of the leadership team has recently posted their own review, I would feel genuinely bad if someone naively joined this company on the basis of that post. Unfortunately, these things speak for themselves and if you have to write Glassdoor reviews about your own company then you probably haven’t managed to produce the successful company culture that you claim to have created. To clear up some of the things a member of the leadership team has claimed in the earlier glassdoor review: - SaaS seemed like a good idea in theory, but unfortunately seems to be neither possible nor what clients want. - The company offers ‘big freedom’ but only if it aligns exactly with what the CEO wants, otherwise you will be out the door. - ‘Spontaneous surprises’ are most likely to be spontaneous redundancies when the management once again change company direction (if you are looking for job security this probably isn’t the company for you). - Unfortunately, excusing continual company mistakes on being a ‘start-up’ doesn’t exactly work when the company is 9 years old (I wouldn’t expect to be informed about company problems, communication seems to be non-existent at this company).
