The return-to-office push isn’t about collaboration—it’s about micromanaging and controlling employees. Managers are lousy, the C-suite is even worse: arrogant, clueless, and completely detached from reality. Zero investment in employees—people are treated as expendable. No transparency. Leaders lie, spin, and cover up instead of telling the truth. Endless corporate schmoozing and buzzwords while the company crumbles. Culture of dishonesty and backstabbing—leadership talks a big game about values but doesn’t live a single one of them.
