Great support structure, lots of training from both the company itself, outside resources and from the suppliers it represents. Pay is good and employees are treated like adults. They don’t want order taking robots here they want sharp, independent professionals that can work well with a team. The people are all helpful and the culture is warm and welcoming. Best first 90 days I’ve had at any company in my 51 years on this planet hands down!!! They treat their people well and are truly focused on helping customers solve problems and succeed
