Thank you for your feedback. Without getting too much in detail about associates pay, Updike does have a lot of tenured, loyal associates and some of those associates are capped. We do offer lump sum merit bonuses for those who are capped based on performance on an annual basis. In order for us to remain as competitive as possible in addition to the state minimum wage increases we saw in some of the states we operate in, we chose to give a small bump in pay in some of our positions. We really work hard to make it as fair and equitable as possible and bump the rates of some of our associates to avoid any pay inequities. I would love an opportunity to speak with you about your concerns as the message you were told is certainly concerning on my end and possibly could have been miscommunicated or misunderstood.
