Leadership belt is lacking any kind of accountability or direction. Titles mean nothing and everyone is a project lead silo'd into random work. While everyone is friendly, due to managements pressure, there is an insidious undertone where everyone is trying to "show off" their work as quickly as possible. There is no big picture thinking and those responsible for it lack the experience to do so. They will lie and fire without cause to make managers look good. There is zero accountability.
