Pluspunten
UserTribe poses a very un-danish mentality and doesn't have janteloven in the vocabulary. Like with everything in life it's what you make it. You get to know everyone in the organization and the product is brilliant! It's a great feeling to be a part of something that is challenging the conventional way of collecting and analyzing human insight. My time at UserTribe was characterized by riding a bike while changing the wheel which is extremely exciting if you enjoy a steep learning curve.
Minpunten
A great part of the team is characterized by 'young guns'. This contributes with great energy to the dynamic. That being said, this can also lead to emotional rationalities, which tells that the people are very dedicated, but can in a few cases do more harm than serving as a driver.
