Beyond my day-to-day work, I felt like part of a larger, mission-driven team. There’s a real sense of connection across the product org, and leadership (including the CEO) was not only accessible but genuinely invested in team success. It’s a place where your voice is heard, and the work you do matters.

As a Senior Product Manager at Utility for nearly five years, I've witnessed the company grow from a smaller boutique agency to a company that invests in its people, culture and processes. The CEO and leadership team are very passionate about building a strong company foundation, focusing on both daily operational improvements and long-term vision. I feel that Utility truly cares about their clients and employees creating an environment that fosters creativity, collaboration and impact. Additionally, my manager and team consistently provide support by collaboratively problem-solving on projects. I would recommend working at Utility because not only are you given autonomy on projects, but also structure and support to make things happen. The teams that I’ve been on are a pleasure to work with, everyone seems to love what they do, and are happy to help each other. Overall the company culture is friendly and positive.

Sometimes when working remotely you do feel isolated at times, but the optional in-office days that we have are a good way to collaborate face to face. Also, I wish we had some kind of a yearly stipend to take continuing education courses.
