Small company. good culture. Got to work on lots of different parts of the tech stack.

Pay could have been a bit better, but we ran out of funding so it is what it is.

The people and the culture at Utrip are wonderful. Everyone is supportive and driven. The small team environment really promotes innovation and collaboration. We all have a lot of fun together whether we're knee deep in an intense project solving problems or out for drinks after work. One of the best parts about working for Utrip is that everyone matters. No one here is just a cog in the machine. We all have critical roles and we all respect each other. Also, who doesn't love talking about travel everyday! Not to mention, we have office dogs and frequent nerf fights.

At times, things can get a bit chaotic. While we've standardized a lot of our processes, there are still new problems and projects almost every day and we're still figuring out best practices; so sometimes it feels like we get project whiplash. We also have a lot of big personalities in the office so if you're timid, it can be hard to have your voice heard.
