Pluspunten

Good colleagues, good work culture, not much of stress, If you can give even 2/3 efforts, you can stay steady in company. Good timing policies and weekend holiday.

Minpunten

Pay scales are not high. Few people are dominating (as usual like major companies) very limited scope of development. In many cases, more of shows than work giving less quality output.

They have a scientific approach to process management which is interesting. They can sell ice to eskimos and thus to uninitiated clients they can be awarded what seems like high profile projects.

Minpunten

They have no regard for individuals' schedule, place unrealistic time demands on workers to the point of taking complete advantage of them, structure contracts in a manner that positions them to get what they want and then NOT PAY for work performed
