      No pros as such being in a organisation for 4+ years I have experienced a lot in terms of management, favouritism and silent killers They don't know how to run a project smoothly,they don't know how to be employee oriented.

      Leaves -- You have to beg Working hours - one year in project still they are not sure which shift can be helpful typically since one more 2025 June it's 9 to 6am / day and night both same time. ****** Contract base hiring using people and layoffs****

      They have a scientific approach to process management which is interesting. They can sell ice to eskimos and thus to uninitiated clients they can be awarded what seems like high profile projects.

      Minpunten

      They have no regard for individuals' schedule, place unrealistic time demands on workers to the point of taking complete advantage of them, structure contracts in a manner that positions them to get what they want and then NOT PAY for work performed
