Pluspunten

Company culture was decent, laid back & pay was fair for the position.

Minpunten

Several people I’ve worked with have been fired from their positions, in the year or so I worked there, myself included.. and the policy I was fired for was selectively enforced to only myself, with no warning or write up. Just walked out the building, just after returning from protected leave. Management can be hostile to their employees at times, opting to yell at the employee instead of having reasonable discussions. The animosity between teams in the department was causing massive tension between teams, leading to a wide divide in how things should be done, and led to for hateful speech of other teams or employees. The department I worked in had many discussions and conversations about things not appropriate in any way to be had in a work setting. Misleading information during hiring about the ability to work from home.

Pluspunten

-2025 cpm for solo dedicated home daily routes $0.55/cpm and minimum weekly salary of 2000/miles a week gets $1100 gross pay weekly, you also get a weekly safety performance bonus of $125 -anything over 2000 miles you will get the $0.55/cpm and bonus if applicable, the last route I drove was over 2800 miles a week so total gross pay with the safety bonus was over $1600/ week and around $1200-1300 net bring home pay (around $85,000 net pay/year for the longer route) -home daily for most routes

Minpunten

-Company is based in Kentucky and Health Insurance for anybody other than yourself is ridiculously expensive (weekly family coverage premium $215-$315) -even though you are home daily and Saturday routes are rare, work/life balance can be hard, especially on longer routes and night routes, a reliable sleep schedule is a must if considering night shift routes
