Pluspunten
Great place to work, with smartworking the employees can choose if they want to go into the office or work remotely or a more hybrid model (at least for the Madrid office) . Also you have flexible hours and some other good benefits. I have the pleasure of working with some very amazing people but the management's organization and leadership sometimes falls short. The projects I work on are also interesting and challenging.
Minpunten
The salaries are below market value, if you have to negotiate a raise they might give it to you but it won't be very high. Also yearly salary increase is not really good as they give you only a small raise. The professional training they provide is basically only Udemy courses, but the catalogue has been improving this last year.
