I had a very negative experience working at this company. Employee turnover was extremely high, which appeared to be driven by low pay, poor management practices, micromanagement, and a generally toxic work environment. One of the biggest issues was the disconnect between management and frontline employees. As the company lost clients and struggled with retention, the response was often to place additional pressure on employees rather than address the underlying problems. Staff were heavily monitored, lunch breaks were strictly controlled, and nearly every minute of the workday was tracked. Morale was consistently low. Collaboration and teamwork suffered because employees were stressed, overworked, and uncertain about the future. Management's decisions often seemed reactive rather than strategic, which created a lack of confidence throughout the organization. A particularly frustrating example was that employees were asked to complete an employee satisfaction survey shortly before the company conducted layoffs following the loss of a major client. This left many employees feeling that their feedback was neither valued nor acted upon. Overall, I would not recommend this company to anyone seeking a supportive work environment, strong leadership, or long-term career stability.
