Do not recommend anyone to work with this company...

Minpunten

1. Too much work politics 2. No honour and recognition on staff performance 3. No proper planning on work projects - do as the management instructs you and always be aware of the negative consequences 4. No work/life balance 5. Be prepared to work extra hours without getting paid overtime 6. Too much bureaucracy and red tape 7. Too many duplication of reports and unproductive work

if you cannot speak hindi then you will not excel in this company, the company has hired south Asians only, most of the higher managers are on H1B visas, very much toxic work environment where the managers are expected to work on weekends and holidays.
