When you do not have diversity in management and import all of them from India or other Asian countries where they were working with more or less same Indian work culture, its a recipe for failure. People in management think they can get away with covering up their inefficiency and incompetence of understanding the US culture. Unfortunately they have a mindset that staff should be grateful that VFS provided them with a job, probably because they are big in Asia n middle east, but here its a different story which they just can't seem to understand. They pay minimal wages, expectation to do overtime every other day is something they want you to just assume, having trust issues with employees to a level that a Regional Head operates like a office manager, RHR is at another level with no idea of reality! He is one of the worst HR personnel I've seen who doesn't know how to have a decent and logical conversation neither does he are about protecting employee privacy information and RFH is another character altogether. They have a mentality of bringing in majority of Indian background staff since as per their thinking, with them they can get away with all inappropriate and unreasonable work culture. Emotional intelligence, diversity, people management etc. are all limited to social media post!
So people try to stay away from this group of people and if you still want to join, then Good Luck and hope you manage to stay positive!
