poor management no proper format will be followed when employee need a help nothing update is given from management side unless and untill we ask it randomly and continuously poor hr policies calculation of salary to be reformated huge work but with out ot allowance continuous standing no employee ethicates is followed no importance to employees

if you cannot speak hindi then you will not excel in this company, the company has hired south Asians only, most of the higher managers are on H1B visas, very much toxic work environment where the managers are expected to work on weekends and holidays.
