      Whatever doesn’t kill you makes you stronger

      Minpunten

      No concern for the workload of employees. They just heap on more and more and wonder why they can’t keep anyone for long. Turnover is excessive. Toxic work culture from upper management.

In fact we have just completed the internal satisfaction survey and it has quite different results than you allude to.       Lots of opportunity for growth. The company likes to promote from within and VIS is growing, so there are new positions that open up. Supported management - as a cam you are supported by multiple team leads, their team members, and you are supported by a number of senior managers, and the director of operations. If none of them can help, the CEO will jump in to assist as well. Diversity - the team is made up of talented and interesting individuals that come from different backgrounds and cultures. Flexibility- after a probationary period, cams are offered a flexible schedule.

      Stressful - this industry is so stressful. Portfolio community management is not for the faint of heart.
