Too crowded, technology and skills present but underused and sometimes not functional (e.g. smart classrooms not always working), management and senior admin don't seem to have any clear objective other than status and image, actual quality ignored at expense of public image (esp compared to places like BITS, also private univ), disparity in treatment of students, staff and faculty, staff
