I've worked in large companies and this maybe the smallest, but it is my favorite. The company provides a good, competitive salary and benefits, and a great learning experience. I have learned more from working here than I have learned working in large corporations. The recruiting staff you work with are very experienced and knowledgeable about their clients and industries. The development teams are very experienced and are very skilled when it comes to developing Saas solutions for their clients.
You also have the opportunity to wear multiple hats, and gain new skills you never thought you would learn. And you will be put in positions where you will be challenged and tested, but will come out stronger.
But thankfully, management is really approachable and supportive, especially when you want to try something innovative. And they are there to support you as you take on challenges.
Minpunten
This is a small company, so you will have a pivotal role, no matter what you do. So, you will be required to learn fast and work hard, and you will have days where you will work extra hours.

Thank you for your positive review! Those suggestions will be passed on to the management. VIVA is glad you are finding working here fulfilling.
I wish I could have rated them a 3.5 - because this company does have some very good qualities. Wonderful placement with a company that is very concerned with employee engagement and work-life balance. It's the perfect placement for me. The agency checks in with me monthly to see how things are going.
Minpunten
The pay is AWFUL. I am making about 1/3 of what I am worth. Raises, when possible, are very low (2-3%). They offer high-cost, high-deductible health plans that they contribute nothing to. Although they do check in with me monthly, my contact person changes several times a year. It's hard to know who to call when I do have a need. And often, my contact person's English is so bad that I have to ask them to email me instead of talk to me so I can figure out what they're saying. This company WILL NOT ADVOCATE for you when the client requests travel/overtime/work outside of scope. This equates to not getting paid for time worked, and often having to pay out of pocket for resources when asked to travel. (Yes, I am seeking legal advice.) As much as I am enjoying the assignment I'm working on, I'm tired of being taken advantage of.
