      -Dealing with the Karen-like, soccer mom boss, Andi who has nothing but negative things to say about you and your appearance -Minimum wage with the false promise of a 90-day probational period and a raise afterwards if you've done well (you will never do well enough in their eyes) -Toxic positivity and little to no regard for your well-being - Extremely conservative and uncomfortable environment, you can feel the judgement radiating off the boss and the shop itself -Maximum labor for minimum pay You will make more money elsewhere doing half of the work and will probably be respected more

      Pluspunten

      Had a great time working here with the local, on-site managers A and S who dedicated so much of their time and lives to this studio. It was an easy job in terms of cleaning, and I enjoyed interacting with customers.

      Minpunten

      The boss flew in every now and then to oversee the studio, and upon her arrivals, she would make things extremely stressful for us, be very demeaning and discouraging (shrouded under false sweetness). She wasn't around the location for much of the year, so much of her insights didn't make sense.
