This is a company that is growing quickly and when you double in size over a 3 or 4 years, procedures need tweaking, people around you change, policy is in flux. This can drive the faint of heart a little nuts, but without this ability to change and change quickly, it is impossible for a dynamic company to adjust with the growth.
