      Pluspunten

      I have worked at Vacations To Go for almost 19 years so far. There is an opportunity to make a lot of money with out the stress of being micro managed. It is almost like having your own business without all the headaches. Your work days are what you make of them. There are many opportunities to travel and our managers make our work environment happy with treats and lunches and other good things.

      Can't think of any cons. I am happy and grateful to work at VTG everyday.

      Ability to work from home, and uncapped commission

      Out of touch responses to any negative review. Rigid adherence to how things have been operating, and unable or unwilling to consider suggestions that would actually improve the relationship between company and agents. Surveys use a non-standard metric, just because it's what Alan wants, despite standard surveys (CSAT/NPS) being available.
