Right from the interview process everything was good. The HR kept a good tracking of things .Finally before my joining date. i got a call for my confirmation and was quite surprised that they asked me to report in a star restaurant.When i reached the venue ,HR and my manager was waiting for me to welcome on board to Valforma .That was such a warm welcome followed by a good lunch. This was new approach of the team ,where i got to know many details about Valforma.You get to learn many advanced concepts in Valforma which helps to keep us updated on technology side. Work-life balance is really very great.The employee benefits are that great where one would have not experienced it in an MNC.The Senior management can be reached at any time for any help.Flexible work enviroment.One of the best start-up with superb culture.I'm really happy that i chose Valforma and Valforma chose me.
