Pluspunten
Very reasonable company that allows the ability for career progression and the ability to adapt and learn new skill sets. The owners are very good individuals and respect the workers within the company. They are very reasonable with time off, vacations, and the balance between work and life. The owners are very reasonable with an open door policy to voice your opinions, concerns, and even ideas to help make the company better or to even advance yourself. I have lots of respect for how the company cares for their workers.
Minpunten
The company is fairly young and has a few hick ups when it comes to communication and sometimes their direction they would like to advance in or towards. But this is a minor issue and over time I can see the company working out these issues and becoming something great. The work at times does get rather dull, since it is all government based architect and MEP work . With this stated, designers tend to fall out of the picture when it comes to creative thinking and work. The work is pretty much set in stone on how the project will be designed etc. due to implemented VA standards and guidelines. Hopefully with continued growth and advancement in technology the company will branch out into more design focused work and the additions of the private sector, such as commercial and even residential markets.
