Great teams with awesome people. But the moment you hear Ereach, Logos Solvo team - RUN AWAY Training: No preparation for training. No training plan. Expected to start working after 4 video calls training, with minimal support. Same 4 video calls for all new joiners. Also, expected to read documentation to understand the system - documentation that are not accurate and were not updated for years. Professional Certification: Not paid by the company. Notice Period: Extra work during notice period. Not allowed to work from home. You will be in office alone while your team is working from home. Bullied and gossips during notice period. Excluded during lunch time in mess room. Collaboration: Minimal collaboration between team members for projects. To each their own mindset. Not willing to help team members in other locations. Not willing to help people in other teams. Making fun of people when they ask for clarification or have questions. Discrimination: People of Muslim community are purposely not recruited.
