Everything. They'll train you for 5 minutes, run off and stop paying attention to you. Expect you to have it all figured out by the end of your first shift. They're toxically positive, meaning they'll constantly praise you then completely shun and condemn you at the slightest mistake. Full week in and never even showed me how to clock in. Place is run like a typical, toxic corporate environment. Everything they proudly declare they're not they are exactly that. Management is completely arrogant and constantly judging you. Best part; they'll fire you and not even pay you're final wages correctly or on time according to oregon labor laws. Didn't get my final paycheck untill 4 days after termination. Stay away from this place it's a blight to the professional kitchen.
