1- Only Optics - The Optics culture was introduced by management only (on the ground reality is hollow).Many employees adopted it quickly and they rose to CXO. Some of them adopted late they become leaders -DLT. After looking at the power and benefits DLT-CXOs were enjoying everyone is tried to adopt Optics culture. I could not cope of up with this so decided to move on instead of seeing the madness of Optics. 2- Favoritism - Career growth and tenure in company completely depends on your excellence in flattery not on Performance 3- There is no Trust on anyone - one person decide everything other lives in hallucination that they are leaders and executives. 4- People thrives based on their ability of lies, politics and manipulation, not on capability or results 5- Leaders are rubberstamps - with no power and ability to drive and grow the company 6-Twice a year appraisal was another optics to win awards by HR department. The operating model and management are fully accountable for the current situation of the company. They allowed suppression of capable talent by CXO and DLTs. many DLT-2 are capable but they don't do yes man work. DLT-2 are aware that aide is not working, there is no productivity measurement matrix, no timesheet and efforts tracking process and all reports are just to please the management, when they try to explain to earlier COO and new CTO they were asked to be silent and directed to continue the report of inflated productivity and maintain the illusion of aide success.
