Minpunten
Management are authoritarian and operate with standards out of the 70's. Nobody has a great idea, except for them of course. They only listen to other older 70's mentality people (and only males). They have a habit of "borrowing" ideas from the young crowd, but only three or so months later and by then it's "their idea". They have no reason to change either, because they are playing with private money, so there's no reason for them to grow or consider anything beyond their current complacency.
If you're a young IT personnel going in to Varay, it's a decent place to start. Survive your three years experience, and get out. You'll never get promoted until someone else leaves anyways. But if you're promoted, then you'll just be stuck in the mire of management's ego hijinx so again; just get out. The turnover in this small private company is rampant for a reason.
If you leave to another IT Company, then be careful and do not announce who. The peevish CEO has developed a habit of trying to sue former employees with non-competes (though these have yet to stick)
