Minpunten
Leadership changed direction over and over, claiming to have confidence in the business while there were regular layoffs and poor financials. Poor planning from the beginning, starting with 400 employees and overspending so the numbers got cut seemingly every quarter. Before I left there were under 100 employees left and the last big cut left them with about 30, or so I hear. So much great talent gone to waste. Some aspects felt meaningful until direction changed and your work gone disregarded or completely redone.
