* Very strict processes for employees. Feels like we are back to primary school * Appraisal is depend on team lead mood. No one taking care about appraisal review. If you’re doing good but your relation is not good with your team lead then forget about good performance based Appraisal. * Promotions are given based on your salary level. If your salary is higher then you are a part of management. Not on the basis of your talent/skills or performance. Obviously using "Buttering" and not hard work. * Unlimited powers given to mid management who openly misuse them for own benefits, No opportunity for professional enhancement. * Don't believe HR because they are actors of management, only make fake promises, can change rules anytime they like * Unnecessary hierarchy, so management can find excuse and compress your appraisal as much as possible. * If you are honest and believe in ethics culture then avoid to join because you won't be appreciated. * All positive reviews are displayed over here, are filled by management of Varologic only.
