The culture is terrible led by the same people for the past 12 years. Engineering led, not sales led. Heavy metrics that don’t result in revenue. Stuck in a 1990’s sales motion, love to promote from within rather than bring in outside perspective and expertise. It is believed the long-standing leaders are the experts in selling Varonis and you will do as they say. If collaboration and empowerment is what you are seeking in a role, this would not be the place to find it.
