HR protects leaders at all costs, even if they are guilty of harassment like groping with multiple witnesses, Multiple occasions where this occurred at a director or above level and the leader was protected and the issue swept under the rug. Toxic culture when it comes to work life balance, those in the good old boys club get special privileges, the rest of the sales teams get treated like dirt. Per the employee agreement, you can't take PTO half of January (SKO), March, June, September, October, November, December... Oh what if I have closed all my deals or I have nothing going on??? NOPE sorry, you're working and can't take off. Can I just work remote out of territory? NOPE!... For example the day after Christmas they decided would be a good day for the CEO and Sales Leaders to run product certifications...people coaching others downstream on how to sell the software when they haven't been on calls or sold the software themselves for 7+years. What better time to reward a hard year of work (with no PTO allowed) than to have their employees continue to do training and certifications the day after Christmas.. ludicrous.

Company is so compartmentalized no one team has any idea of what is going on with another, which is specifically frustrating when it comes to pay/commission. They keep purchasing other companies without properly integrating into the existing product and have to basically re-invent how to use the full potential of said product to interact with what they already have, leaving a lot to be desired. Hiring new positions with specific goals in mind, but have the same title so are treated the same when it comes to OTE creating a substantial pay cut. Especially when they are brought in to make certain parts of the team and product better.
