Micromanagement Vendor applications are “down” daily Constant push for increased productivity with no errors Guidelines/directives are different depending on who you ask and the time of day. Micromanagement Over promises production to their clients/contracts Poor management Management in meetings ALL day long. Every day. Micromanagement Self-thinking is discouraged Guidelines changing daily Micromanagement Keep staff in the dark about stumbling blocks or challenges the company is facing (directive comes to “stop” or “hold” immediately on such but no explanations of why). Micromanagement No longer a family and friendly environment. No longer “family first”

Every bad review is right- very poorly managed. Insane micromanaging, company not afraid to break labor laws and not pay you if they deem you’re “not productive”, if you have an emergency they will not let you off without making up time. Also, you’re better than this- pay is so so low for RN role. Oh and management has some very unstable personalities, I had a manager teams call me after I sent a message asking for guidance- to yell at me about sending the message to the wrong group. Apparently this is the norm, people will bing you for not adding a 15 min break or for being on a chart too long. Weekly meetings, even if you meet or exceed production expectations they will still expect more- and will doc your time if you’re not sitting there working non stop.
