Thank you for taking the time to review us. We appreciate you stating that we have "great co-workers and paid lunches", but we are a bit perplexed at your pay and evaluations comment. Our compensation team has done an amazing job over the last several years to ensure that our team members are paid competitive wages that are in-line with our peers. Every team member is to receive a mid-year and annual performance evaluation. The merit budget is set yearly and is more than generous compared to other organizations. If you were interested in getting a much larger pay raise, you would have needed to discuss your options with your management to understand the career path(s) that were open to you. We hope this advice will help you in your future jobs at other organizations. Good leaders do not need to know every job under their organization. The most effective leaders understand the importance of building strong teams, fostering a collaborative environment, and empowering their team members to excel in their roles.
