No pros. Worst company to work for.

Minpunten

They will make you work and extend your OJT period in the name of low performance. Later after 1 month they will say that your numbers are low hence you will not get certification and you will not get the salary. And they will give too much pressure so that you work for few days and leave from your own. Better sit idle at home but never ever join this company.
