The role involves a lot of repetitive tasks. Depending on your personality, that either makes the job easier over time as you become more efficient, or it gradually becomes frustrating. "Veeva Speed" is a sugarcoated phrase everyone uses to indicate being overworked and initial training is like drinking from a fire hose; this company makes enough money to hire the correct amount of people to do the work and pay them fairly.
