Very nice people, everyone was super helpful. The company had lots of knowledgeable hardworking people. They did lots of charity events and staff days out too. The flexible hours and hybrid working was always a plus.

Gets pretty busy around Christmas time, being a small team meant we had to juggle various tasks at once, tough but manageable.

Very fun and inclusive environment. Has the feel of a start up without any of the risks as the business has been established since 2012. No question is ever considered silly. Fun social activities such as bowling and a great summer and Christmas Party! Quarterly Town Halls mean we are kept up to date of the financial position of the business.

It would be great to have some sort of long term vision we can work towards, The short term goals are great but a 3 to 5 year plan would be great. Sometimes it can take a little time for new policies to be put into place which can be a little frustrating.
