Incompetent management across the board. The same people who have guided 1 year of profitability out of 8 years in business are still the decision makers. It is truly embarrassing how many talented individuals have moved on from this company due to complete lack of clear and consistent career goals. Nepotism and choosing favorites based on a few individuals is laughable.
