I don't normally write reviews, and no I don't work there anymore. I worked there for more than a year. Everything was great. Management is open to people with creative ideas. If you are a self-motivated, can-do, team-oriented person, there is no limit for you. I never had an issue with team members and management. Great people working at the Adelaide office too.

No issue as far as I remember.

The management never tried to micromanage me. They just assigned clients and left it to to keep them happy.

I was supposed to cater to the needs of different clients and keep them satisfied. To achieved that goal, I often had to stretch myself too thin. At such times, I didn't think they paid me well enough or cared for my contributions enough.
