Opportunity to learn from some of the brightest mins. Ability to get an interview almost anywhere after.

Minpunten

The culture is toxic. Most of the employees are incredibly unhappy, but stay for the perks and job stability. The work is the same recycle solution and there is little space for innovation and creativity. I can honestly say this experience has been the most traumatic and biggest let-down of my career thus far.

The management never tried to micromanage me. They just assigned clients and left it to to keep them happy.

I was supposed to cater to the needs of different clients and keep them satisfied. To achieved that goal, I often had to stretch myself too thin. At such times, I didn't think they paid me well enough or cared for my contributions enough.
