With how horrible my experience has been working here so far, I don't have anything positive to say.

Minpunten

It's difficult to not feel miserable all the time when you have to deal with brutal workloads and long hours not no mention the fact that management doesn't show their appreciation for all your hard work at all. All they did was boss employees around, set expectations way too high, etc.

The management never tried to micromanage me. They just assigned clients and left it to to keep them happy.

I was supposed to cater to the needs of different clients and keep them satisfied. To achieved that goal, I often had to stretch myself too thin. At such times, I didn't think they paid me well enough or cared for my contributions enough.
