There might have been a time when the creek name was known but that has long vanished with the large percentage of staff leaving during covid. What VNS needs is clear direction and support from Veolia, an achievable map for the future, investment in staff, recruitment of appropriately experienced staff and a complete change of leadership. None of which are in evidence at the moment.
