They preach they are people who care about people but contradictory when making redundancies because of budget constraints, but then management team receives significant annual raises and get to go on expensive vacations paid by the company. Very toxic working culture and atmosphere around the office. Rules apply differently depending of who you are. Some promotions are questionable, and career advancement is limited. It often appears that significant progress requires staying in the same role for over five years, unless you have the right connections.
